Our Cultural Awareness policy has been developed to help develop awareness of cultural differences in our business, embrace tolerance in our broader society, and provide meaningful opportunities for indigenous Australians within our sphere of operations.

We’re working with Reconciliation Australia on the development of our Reconciliation Action Plan. Our strategic partnership with Kwilana Industries, an indigenous owned labour hire provider, sees us able to deploy labour for construction services that allows us to comply with upstream local content requirements while providing meaningful opportunities for Australia’s indigenous community.
